Mission - Rapides Healthcare System will improve the health status of the communities we serve. This will be accomplished through preventative health education to the residents of our communities, and by providing access to high quality, compassionate, affordable healthcare.

Vision - To lead the delivery of healthcare services in the communities we serve through strategic planning, coordination of services and facilities, provision of capital, and providing a competent, professional staff.
